I’m not talking about taking action just yet, we’ll do that when the time is right, and you feel connected to this. Individuals who begin this programme are often experiencing some of the below:
- Emotional outbursts
- Inability to think straight

- Avoiding interactions or overly seeking solitude
- Apathy with different aspects of life
